Information we collect and why
When you send an inquiry, we collect the name, company, phone number or email address, and requirement details you provide. We also record the related product, landing page, referring page and campaign tag. We use these details to review, reply to and follow up on your inquiry. A phone number or email address is required. Please do not send identity numbers, payment details or other unrelated personal information.
Our first-party analytics aggregates page views, sessions and contact clicks by date, page and source. Session storage helps distinguish a new visit. The analytics table does not store raw IP addresses. Server logs may still record request information for security and maintenance.
Retention and protection
Inquiry records are kept in the website administration area and available to authorized staff. We retain them for the shortest period needed to handle an inquiry and necessary follow-up, and periodically review closed inquiries to remove information that is no longer needed. Transaction records or information subject to legal retention duties may be kept as required. You may request deletion or withdraw consent using the contact details above, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Sharing and your choices
We do not sell inquiry information. Hosting and necessary technical providers may access information only to provide their services. We will update this notice and provide any required information before introducing new external transfers or purposes.
